OUR HISTORY
The Association for Educational Development (AED) is a California non-profit corporation, formed on November 21, 1967, to promote the intellectual, moral and cultural development of women, thereby transforming society to be a common home for human flourishing.
In addition to providing financial support to non-profits, AED currently owns and operates five locations in California, including a university student residence near the campus of the University of California, Los Angeles, and cultural centers near Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley.
